Registration data is collected via Google Forms and stored securely in Google Sheets, accessible only to authorised NDSL team members. We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
While we do our best to safeguard your data, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We encourage participants and volunteers to contact us immediately if they believe their information has been compromised.
NDSL will never request passwords, bank details, or payment information through our registration forms or social media channels. If you receive such a request, please report it to us immediately.
Children & Minors
NDSL is a youth-focused organisation. All participants are between the ages of 12 and 18. Because we work primarily with minors, we take their privacy and safety with the utmost seriousness.
- All registrations for participants under 18 require parent or guardian contact details
- We do not publicly display personal information of minors without parental consent
- Media content featuring minors (photos, videos) will only be shared with appropriate consent
- Parents or guardians may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child's data at any time
