No player takes the court with equipment they don't understand. Assembly, repair, and tuning are part of the sport, not a side program.

Schools & Individual Participation
Naija Drone Soccer League (NDSL) is Nigeria's foremost drone soccer organisation, introducing and developing the sport across all 36 states and the FCT, with a focus on secondary schools.
State teams are formed through open combines. Players between the ages of 12 and 18 can join either through their school's programme or as individual participants, then trial for a place on their state team.
What is Drone Soccer?
Drone Soccer is a competitive team sport where players pilot spherical drones to score goals against the opposing team. Each team consists of pilots who control drones encased in protective frames, navigating a defined field to outmanoeuvre opponents and score.
It blends the excitement of football with drone technology, making it one of the fastest growing tech sports in the world. It is officially recognised by the World Air Sports Federation (FAI) and is growing rapidly across Asia, Europe, and now Africa through NDSL.

We rely on volunteers across the country to help run the league. Here is what each role involves.
State Coordinator
- Serve as the official NDSL representative in your state
- Identify, recruit, and onboard team managers and participants
- Organise and oversee state level NDSL activities and events
- Act as liaison between NDSL HQ and teams in your state
- Promote NDSL through community outreach and partnerships
Team Manager
- Oversee day to day management of an NDSL registered team
- Recruit, register, and manage team pilots and members
- Coordinate team training schedules and practice sessions
- Handle team registration, documentation, and compliance
- Represent the team at official NDSL events and meetings
